Creative Development Lead and Design Director for TikTok's Global Brand Studio focusing on B2B initiatives including experiential events, the development of online learning platforms (TikTok Academy) and the creation of educational marketing material for social and print. I also plan very cool brand activations at globally renowned events like Cannes and SXSW.

TikTok took over Cannes Lions Festival establishing the brand's strong foothold as the cultivators of creativity and the most entertaining platform in the industry. TikTok created an event for marketers to connect, celebrate and learn about the value and return on creativity.

My Role
Creative director for brand activations in the space. Ideated and created content creation moments that leaned into trends on the platform like Fit Check and Ice Cream So Good. Worked closely with the production and events team to design the floor plan, attendee journey and overall design of the event itself.

SXSW 2023 + 2024
Music + Food + Creators = Success
The Goal
Throw the biggest branded event at SXSW highlighting small businesses and how they took off on TikTok and how your brand can too.
Position TikTok as THE discovery platform for music, food, and all things entertainment.
My Role
Created an immersive brand experience at SXSW 2023 for TikTok, leading the experiential activations as well as the development of the visual identity. Including a giant immersive filter projected for miles on a 20ft vertical wall, LIVE performances from TikTok musical creators, video and photo installation moments.
Results
AdWeek named the event as one of the best brand experiences to activate at SXSW.

We launched this brand campaign directed at both small and large businesses on TikTok to drive our key message; when you invest in creative on tiktok, your ROI is tenfold. We partnered with a series of TikTok creators to make educational content showcasing how easy it is to create on tiktok!

This event directly led to a 500K buy from from a major beer brand ahead of the World Series, along with another 350K from a beverage brand for MLS and NHL. Total investment from attendees increased up to 20%.
